As part of my job I write blog posts for Squidoo.com. I do some for fun, or sometimes I do some about the products we sell. Recently Squidoo had a Thanksgiving Food blog contest. Every day in November they will pick an "outstanding" blog and award the Charity of the blogger's choice $1,000. Well today my blog was picked! I was pretty thrilled!

The Charity I picked was the CAER Food Shelf in Elk River. It's great to help out a local charity. I even received an e-mail from someone at CAER thanking me.
