Another Shane-ism

This morning Shane realized he had slept in his clothes from yesterday, so he exclaimed that he was ready for school already. I told him he needed to change clothes because those ones were dirty.

So he proceeded to tell me that he is his own person and can wear what he wants (in a joking manner of course). Oh, Barry just reminded me that Shane's exact words were "It's my life, woman". Anyway . . . .

I corrected him, that he is not his own person until he moves out of this house.

So he picked up his breakfast and said "I'm taking my plate, my cup and my Pride and I'm outta here!"

Seriously, where does this kid get these things? I heard Barry laughing from the bedroom. A good way to start the morning. :)
