I don't usually buy things when I go to the State Fair (other than food of course). But this caught my eye. They're called "rooters". Just fill with spring water and put in a plant clipping. I instantly pictured one in my false window in my kitchen. They have hanging ones, ones you can put on your wall, or free-standing. Check out my favorite links for the website.
